8. Retention Periods
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion. Data from email inquiries is deleted no later than upon completion of the matter, unless a contractual relationship has been established. Statutory retention obligations (e.g. under the German Commercial Code or Fiscal Code) remain unaffected.
